Hard. Pulled it off, but felt a bit sluggish the whole time (I think I'm still recovering from the hill repeats on Sunday). Was still able to pull off the workout, though I cut it from 6 1K reps to 5. Ran the 300M reps very hard, but again didn't have that bit of extra oomph.
