Temp 59, DP 58, wind from south at 8 MPH.
Did 1600, 4x800, 2x200 in 6:34, 3:10, 3:08, 3:08, 3:04, 41, and 41. 5:17 rest after 1600; 2:5x rest after 800s; full rest for 200s. Worked with/trailed Bailey, Lauren, Jade. Felt smooth. GCT balance sometimes even, sometimes right dominated.
Wore ankle braces and taped right ankle. Right ankle felt a bit bouncier than normal.
Breakfast was rice, hemp powder, and smores/berry GUs - sat well.
Breathing was Advair 250/50, Qvar, and 2 puffs of inhaler. Breathing OK - got better as workout went on.
