Starting temp 56, DP 55; ending temp 58, DP 54. Wind from SW at 12 MPH.
Parked at Peirce Mill and first did a back-and-forth between Broad Branch and Joyce before heading up to East-West Highway and back. Had one really bad scare at the intersection of Beach Drive and East Beach Drive when a truck accelerated towards me before hitting the brakes. It stopped some 8-10 feet from me, but gave me an awful flashback, and I had a mini meltdown afterwards. Guess I'm not totally over the truck thing yet.
First 5 miles averaged 9:36; next 5 miles averaged 8:48; next 4.5 averaged 7:32
Breakfast was rice, hemp powder, smores and birthday cake GUs - no caffeine.
Breathing was just Advair.
