Temp and DP 62. Took Custis to MV trail to Roosevelt bridge to Georgetown, then did 8 hill sprints up 30th (circling down to 29th). Then took Key to Custis to Lee Highway over to Clarendon and Golds. After Golds, jogged a mile home when the bus was late.

Felt decent on the hills. A bit slippery this morning - wet brick doesn't have the best traction, and wet leaves didn't help. Felt good and strong. I think I'm ready to return to workouts.

Breakfast was rice/hemp powder (chocolate) and maple bacon and smores GUS - sat OK, if a bit heavy.

Breathing was Advair 250/50 - breathing was fine.
