At AU track. Right post tib felt better, but still weak. I did some test running, and the leg never felt 100% (just pushing off weakly). Rather than do a half-assed workout because I was nervous about injury, I decided just to bike instead. (also factoring in -- the basketball team was using the track, making it very hard to workout, as they kept blocking the inside lanes, including around turns).
Very nice weather - dewpoint of 50. Took one Sudafed, plus Zyrtek -- still congested.
