Did a tempo workout of 4x7:30 with 90 second jogs - forgot to cue workout, so timed manually. Paces were 6:58 for all four cruise intervals. Started each at 8.5 MPH, and then upped to 8.6 and then higher for the later ones.
Followed with 4x30 seconds at between 9.1 and 10 MPH with 90 second jog.
breakfast was rice, hemp powder, smores and berry GUs and dark chocolate - sat well.
Breathing was Advair 250/50 and Qvar - breathing good, if a bit dry.
L/R balance off at 47.1/52.9 - more even for turnover parts.
