Temp and DP 39. Very nice running weather.
Ran from Doral Arrowwood to SUNY-Purchase campus. Then did one loop of campus drive easy, then drills and strides, before doing a mile pick-up (after a false start when I couldn't get a rhythm). Felt a bit sluggish - maybe because of travel yesterday.
Forgot how sketchy the half mile between the Doral and the campus is. Narrow windy road with parts where there's no shoulder. SUNY campus is nice, though, if a bit hilly for tempo work (like Rock Creek Park). Couldn't find any place flat for mile pick-up, so did a loop that I think had an equal amount of downs and ups.
