Temp 59., DP 54, plus some wind gusts.

This was a partial workout, since I raced Broad Street on Sunday. I didn't feel horrible, and could have done the workout, but saw no need to do so.

Ran 2000m then 1600m (with 2 lap recovery), and then took full recovery before doing 6x200m. Splits for 2000m and 1600m were 7:40 and 6:01; the 200m repeats were untimed, per George's instructions.

Did cool-down on Custis to bridge between mile markers 3 and 3.5.

Followed up with injury prevention work at gym, including squats (3x8 at 105, 125, 145), good mornings (2x10 at 105) and single leg deadlifts (4x5 at 25).

Something like 4 puffs of inhaler. Breathing hard during warm-up.
