Temp/DP 59, wind from south at 8MPH, light rain.
Did a tempo workout of 3200, 1600 in 14:11 (7:10/7:01) and 6:47 with 5:30 jog between the two. Gait felt more stable, but HR high.
L/R balance at 48.6/51.4
Breakfast was rice, hemp powder, smores and salted caramel GUs - sat well.
BReathing was Advair 250/50, Qvar, and 2 puffs of rescue. Breathing felt tight, but peak flow meter said it was great.
