Long run (did first 4 with Rich). Felt utterly lousy -- couldn't breath and stomach very painful. Maybe this is race recovery, but at this point I'm suspecting mild food poisoning or stomach flu. Decided NOT to push it, and instead ran off of effort. I did the uphill/downhill part at ~8:31 pace, and then held 7:36 pace for about 6.5 miles (effort felt at least 15 seconds faster), and that's pretty much all I was good for.
