Temp and DP 74, wind of 7 MPH from north; pollen low.
Parked by Courthouse Golds, jogged to Iwo Jima, and then did 7 hill repeats. Focused on power and bounding rather than all out speed on the way up; got up on my toes on the way down. Happy with how well these went, given the humidity. Felt good and strong.
Cooled down to Golds Courthouse, and followed with some more drills and two short hill sprints.
Breakfast was rice, hemp powder, smores and berry GUs (added salt because of humidity)
Breathing was Advair, qvar, and 2 puffs of rescue right before workout started. Breathing good.
