Notes

Temp and DP 56. Did 2x3200, working with Chris Carney and new guy Brian. Really pleasantly surprised at how fast these were.

Splits were 12:48 (6:30/6:18) and 12:37 (6:23/6:14)

For cooldown, jogged with Katie to see house, and then to Virginia Square metro. THen did Pershing loop to yoga to grab shirt, before back to Golds for injury prevention work and then back to pool.

One puff Foradil in morning; two puffs albuterol before workout.
