Temp 36, DP 32. Did Pershing loop from yoga, then took Glebe up to 26th and Old Dominion back to Lee to Utah. Did drills and 6 uphill strides after. Felt very sluggish at first. Kept HR to ceiling of 140 to encourage recovery.
