Temp 43, DP 41. Took Custis to MV trail to Va Avenue and then took Rock Creek to P back to Georgetown. Then did 8 hill repeats up 30th (looping M to 29th to Water). Focused on form and power, not all out speed. Repeats were about 60-70 seconds each, with 2:30 recovery. Then jogged over to Golds Rosslyn.
Stride felt very good towards end. Didn't feel like a workout (good, because it wasn't supposed to be a workout).
BReathing very good - Advair 250/50 plus rescue inhaler
Breakfast was hemp powder, Chocolate Mint Gu, rice, and chocolate stroopwafel - sat well.
