Temp and DP 63, some wind and rain. Took Custis to W&OD south then did one mile pick-up down W&OD from 3.5 to 2.5 before taking Park Road to 50 to Henderson/Quncy home.
Was surprised by how fast the mile was, especially given the humidity and the headwind, through the downhill helped. Effort was between 10M and 10K pace. Had Maple Bacon GU for breakfast, along with rice and hemp powder
