Did 2x1600 at tempo (second harder than tempo) and then 8x200 relaxed and working on form (all between 49 and 51).
HR definitely way jacked up.
Breakfast was rice, hemp powder, smores and salted caramel GUs, and dark chocolate.
Breathing was advair 250/50, Qvar, and 3 puffs of rescue. Breathing OK.
L/R balance at 48.1/51.9.
Friends watched me - said I looked very stiff with no knee lift.
