Temp and DP 58. 800s on the track. Did 6x800, pacing by myself trailing group of Dan, Kelly, Karina, Ann, and Stephanie. I was pacing for 7-8, so kept pretty conservative, but George told me to stick to 6 - he wasn't having anyone do more than that. A bit disappointed, but better too few than too many. And not a bad thing to have an easy workout before Cherry Blossom. Splits were 3:03, 3:00, 2:58, 2:58, 2:56, 2:54. Negative split all of them, going out in 1:33 for the first, and about 1:30-1:31 for the others.

One puff foradil in the morning, and 3 puffs albuterol 10 minutes before workout. Breathing was actually very good - I was expecting trouble, but had none.
