Temp 40, DP 25. Did 1600 and then 5x800, splitting 6:11, 2:57, 2:57, 2:57, 2:56, 2:54. Felt really good. We're doing these with rolling starts, which I thought made the workout go easier. Worked with Chris C, Rachel, Dan, Brett, Stephane, Jenn, and other girl whose name I'm blanking on.

Debated doing one more, but decided to save it - I'd like to do a quality tempo on Friday.

Breathing great - Advair 250/50. Breakfast was triberry GU, hemp powder, brown rice, and chocolate stroopwafel.

Did drills and 4 strides before, plus lotsa hip stretcing.
