Raw data dump for Houston Half. Breakfast was rice, hemp powder, expresso, salted caramel, strawberry-banana, and smoares GUs; sat well. Also Ucan the night before, which didn't sit as well.
Breathing was advair 250/50, 2 puffs Qvar, and then 2 puffs rescue 15 minutes before race. Breathing a bit tight at one point in course, otherwise OK.
