On Fluffy - mostly at an incline of 1.5, but dropped down to 1 for second mile of 2 mile, plus the 1 mile repeat.
My plan was to do a 4 mile tempo. The first mile felt fine, but then things caught up with me and I realized that I was overreaching - I suspect the vaccination on Wednesday is draining me a bit. So I swapped to 2 miles, 1 mile and called it good.
During the cooldown I played with the incline - alternating 2 minutes at 4.5%, 1 minute at 1.5%, 1 minute at 6%, 1 minute at 1.5% - I did 4 cycles of that.
Wore ankle braces - L/R balance is 47.3/52.7
Breakfast was rice, hemp powder, smores and berry GUs - sat well.
Breathing was Breo, Qvar, and one puff of rescue - breathing was good.
