Temp and DP 50, no wind, pollen 10.2

Parked at 34th and M, and ran across Key Bridge to MV trail. Ran down MV trail to Dangerfield Island and back. Did the marathon effort from the airport to Roosevelt Island (the boardwalk part was quite slick). Then jogged back to Georgetown and did a loop down to the waterfront.

First 4 averaged 9:27, next 4 averaged 7:43; next 4 averaged 7:04, cooldown 2.5 averaged 9:05. Sluggish, which is the mesalamine

Breakfast was rice, hemp powder, smores, gingerade and salted caramel GUs - sat well.

Breathing was advair 250/50, Qvar, and one puff rescue before start of run
