Temp 54, DP 48. After debating whether to do the workout or not, decided to "jog it", in Matt's terms. Started off at tempo effort and upped it to moderate effort towards the end, focusing the whole time on posture and form.
Workout was 400 easy, then 1600, 1200, 800, 2x400. Ran 1:38. 6:42, 4:50, 3:05, 1:29, and 1:24 (oops on the last).
This went well, I got a bit of aerobic work in, but didn't push it to the point of high risk. George and I agreed I'd continue to keep the workouts like this - there's no point in running hard right now - I'd rather get to 100% and stay healthy. But doing the workout at a moderate effort does keep me from becoming a total shuffler, and will make starting hills in a few weeks easier.
