Temp 39, DP 35, wind of 3 mph from NE; pollen of 10.2
Drove to Iwo Jima and did 5 hill repeats to finish the workout. Really nice weather. Hills outside did feel different from hills inside.
Breathing was great - Advair 250/50 and Qvar
Breakfast was rice, hemp powder, and salted watermelon and smores GUs - sat well.
