62, DP 58. Felt sick again before workout (sluggish, coughing, sinus pain, mild nausea), but workout itself was actually fine. George kept me to 6, though I had a few more in me.
Did my same "zen out - forget about the time or how many intervals and just enjoy" and it worked well. Clearly that's the best mindset for my running.
Splits were 3:06, 3:01, 2:56, 2:59, 2:57, 2:52. Long recoveries due to track congestion.
Did much of cool-down on Custis after. Followed with squats at gym - 3x8 at 105, 125, 130.
