Notes
Temp 48, DP 43, wind of 20 MPH from north.
Hains Point gates were locked, so I did 2x3 miles. Split 19:24 (6:35/6:30/6:19 - 6:28 pace) and 18:50 (6:21/6:25/6:04 - 6:16 pace) with ~4 minute recovery between the two. After full recovery, followed with four .25 repeats hard followed by .25 easy, in 88, 90, 91, and 92 (headwind affected these - they were all meant to be around the same pace).
Very windy, which made the splits erratic. Still felt like a good workout.,
Wore shorts, very thin longsleeve, and NOX vest. NOX vest a bit annoying while running fast, but doable.
Breakfast was rice, hemp powder, and smores and salted caramel GUs - sat well.
Breathing was Advair 250/50, Qvar, and 2 puffs of rescue before workout.
