Temp 73, DP 69. Ran with Dan, Evan, Greg, Jessica's R., C, and M, and Robin.
Treated the workout as a drill - powerful knee lift on the way up; and also lifting the knees more on the stride on the way down. Tried to hold back a bit, as I may race on Friday (tropical storm permitting)
Water break after third rep. HR monitor went screwy halfway through workout.
Ran from pool to hill for warm-up. For cooldown, ran to 19th and L Golds After injury prevention work, took metro back to Ballston.
One puff of Dulera in the morning.
