Notes
Temp 53, DP 52, steady rain. From Golds Ballston, took Quincy to the Custis to the W&OD. Took W&OD to Van Buren, then turned north to pick up 18th to get back on the W&OD. Then reversed the route to finish back at Golds. Did drills after; no strides since I was wet and wanted to get into a hot shower ASAP.
Felt surprisingly good.
