Notes

At WL. Started with 200/150/100/50. Then started a drill set of kick, catch-up before we had to circle swim. Did a 200 and a 300, then relocated to another lane, where I did sets of 2x(kick, catch-up, 150 3/2 breathing)+kick. Finished with alternating 50 and 100 with extra rest. Shoulders a bit tender after the 3/2 breathing.
