Temp 29, DP 15. A bit windy.
Tempoed 4 miles in 25:52 (6:34/6:30/6:25/6:23). Worked with Bradford through 5K, with Larry and Chris M. either with or ahead of us.
Kept this one pretty even, a bit tired so didn't feel like hammering at end.
Breathing was rescue, advair 250/50 and 2 puffs of Qvar - I was slightly tight after the workout and in the pool - I'm thinking I didn't get a good inhale of the advair.
Breakfast was rice, hemp powder, salted caramel and strawberry banana GU, and coconut stroopwafel. Sat well.
Did four hill sprints after near Golds.
