Temp 71, DP 66. From Golds Ballston, took Quincy to Glebe to Cathedral/50. Then picked up 4 Mile Run at Carlin Springs, and took that to the W&OD to Falls Church. Looped to Lee Highway and then took W&OD back to alternate Custis to Jacksonville to Wilson back to Golds. Drills and two strides after.
