For the hill workout, alternated 2 minutes at 8.8 mph and 3.0 incline; 90 seconds at 6.0-6.1 mph and 0.5 incline, 30 seconds at 9.5-9.6 mph and 0 incline; and 60 seconds at 6.0 mph and 0.5 incline.
After completing the workout, jogged a mile, and then did 4x30 seconds fast (9.7, 9.8, 9.9, and 10.0 mph and 0.5 incline) with 2:00 jog.
L/R balance at 47.3/52.7.
Breakfast was rice, hemp powder, smores and salted watermelon GUs, and dark chocolate - sat well.
Breathing was Advair 250/50 and Qvar - breathing good.
