Temp 30. Met group and ran with them to Rock Creek and P, then headed back down Rock Creek to near lincoln, before coming back via the Cap Crescent. Felt good the first 6 miles or so, but then things started to tighten - a bit of PF tenderness the last two miles. Probably should have kept it to 8. Oh well.
