Temp 51, DP 42, wind of 18 MPH from north, pollen of 10.1 (tree).

After warm-up, did 8 modified hill repeats up Iwo Jima. Kept the uphill at a controlled effort, and skipped the downhill stride. Used the one way sign as the stopping point.

Focused on good form and core engagement. Felt very stiff and hitchy at first, and then much better and smoother as I went. Right post tib sore after first repeat, but eased. Right knee a bit achy on first inside and then outside during cooldown.

Had to do a lot of weaving during this workout to make sure I was giving everyone else enough room.

Breakfast was rice, hemp powder, and smores and salted caramel GUs - sat well.

Breathing was Advair 250/50, Qvar, and 2 puffs rescue before start, breathing good.
