Temp 64, DP 62. Wind from SW at 3 MPH.
Warmed up in the Adios 6s. Felt very awkward and clumsy. Lots of trouble with the mat on the track.
L/R balance at 48.7/51.3
Breakfast was rice, hemp powder, smores and half an espresso GU - sat well. Breathing was fine - Advair 250/50 and Qvar.
