Temp and DP of 65, plus rain.

Workout was 2x1200, 800, 400, with shortened rest (400m after 1200, 300m after 800). Between the shortened rest and my skipping my inhaler, this was a tough one, but good for practicing mental focus.

Splits were 4:34, 3:00, 1:25; 4:29, 2:59, 1:25. Very hard workout, as I could never catch my breath during the recovery (HR stayed in tempo range during recoveries, and peaked into 200s during each rep). But, got it done, and stayed mentally focused and relaxed.

Followed with injury prevention work at gym, including squats (3x8 at 115, 135, 155), good mornings (2x10 at 110), and one legged deadlifts (4x5 at 25).

Took a shot of Pepto before workout. Didn't use inhaler, as lungs felt really good during warm-up. Oops. Won't make that mistake again.
