Started the fake Iwo Jima hill workout, but treadmill shut down on me repeatedly, so swapped to outside
What I did of the workout was
-2:00 at 3.0 incline, 8.7 MPH
-1:30 at 1.0 incline, 6.7 MPH
-0:30 at 1.0 incline, 9.5 MPH
-1:00 at 1,0 incline, 6.7 MPH
Music was Zoltar Subterranean 887.
Breathing was good - Advair 250/50 and Qvar
Breakfast was rice, hemp powder, smores and salted caramel GUs - sat well.
