Notes

Temp 55, DP 54. Did 2x1600m at tempo pace to test out stuff. Foot a bit tight at end of first 1600, but otherwise fine. Didn't feel too horribly out of shape, though I'm definitely not in top condition right now. Breathing was a bit difficult, especially during warm-up jog (?). Splits were 6:32 and then 6:21

After workout, jogged a few more miles looping around Golds, the did injury prevention work, including squats (5x8 at 135, 145, 155, 165, 170), good mornings (2x10 at 95) and single leg deadlifts (4x5 at 30). 1 puff of Dulera before.
