Temp 34, DP 29. Ran from TS through Dupont and up Connecticut to Calvert. Then took Columbia to 16th, which I took down all the way to Rhode Island Avenue and M st. Stopped at 33rd and M to do drills, 2 strides, and 4 hill sprints. Then ran back down M to Penn to 23rd, stopping at Whole Foods
