Temp 74, DP 70.. Wind from sw at 3 mph.
Did 6x800, 2x200, mostly following group of Will Ellison, Dave Lett, Matt Purdin and others.
Splits were 3:25, 3:21, 3:21, 3:18, 3:16, 3:12 and then 46 and 46. Recoveries were 2:2x to 2:5x for 800s, full recovery for 200s.
Worked on staying relaxed and easing into workout - gait felt improved, and I handled track congestion better than before.
Breakfast was rice, sunflower butter, vanilla GU and chocolate clif gel. Sat well.
Breathing was Advair 250/50, Qvar, and 1 puff rescue - breathing good.
1 mg of Artane at 4:15 am.
L/R balance was 48.8/51.2
wore arm-coolers and they helped.
