Notes

Temp 39, DP 37. Ran from gym to Georgetown, then down to water front before heading back up Rock Creek to Calvert Crossing, and then (after walking up hill) back to gym. Both plantars a bit stiff and tight, but loosened up. Got very chilled on Rock Creek.

Followed up with full set of injury prevention exercises at gym (after arc-trainer)
