Temp/DP 70, no wind, overcast. Slight drizzle and slick track.
At WL, did 3x3200 in 14:24 (7:16/7:08), 14:22 (7:15/7:07), and 14:22 (7:16/7:06). Recoveries of 5:29, 5:42, and 5:59 after. Then 2x200 each in 49. Legs felt a bit dead, and I was annoyed that this wasn't faster.
Breakfast was rice, sunflower butter, chocolate clif gel and salted caramel GU - sat well.
Breathing was Advair 250/50 and Qvar - breathing OK.
1 mg of artane at 4:15 am.
