Temp 52, DP 51, wind of 5 MPH from east, pollen of 8.3
Jogged up to Yorktown, which was wet, with puddles and leaves and branches - not ideal, but still decently fast.
Ran 12:56 (6:31/6:25) and then 6:18, with 5 minutes recovery jog after each.
Really like the SL20s.
Breakfast was rice, hemp powder, smores and salted caramel GUs - sat well.
Breathing was Breo, Qvar, and rescue - breathing good.
L/R balance was 48.7/51.3 - wore ankle braces.
