Starting temp 76, DP 73, ending temp 80, DP 68. Ran out and back on Cap Crescent towards Bethesda. Hung with Kate N, Nora, Laurel, and Anna on way out - they started to pick it up too much on the way back, so I stopped and waited for Tisha, Jordan, and Susan, before running with them the rest of the way. Drills and 4 strides after.
