Temp and DP of 60. Felt pretty good (though it took some time to jog out of some hip stiffness). We were told to do between 5K and 4 miles, but not to push it -- I opted to keep it to 5K. I'm saving the hard efforts for races.
HR very high for this one, though it felt controlled. Splits were 6:29/6:21/6:18/0:45 - 19:53 for 5K.
Followed up with injury prevention work at gym - squats (4x8 at 105, 125, 135, 145) good mornings (3x10 at 95) and single leg deadlifts (4x5 at 20).
