47, dp of 46. Way sluggish, Maybe partly due to a very hard training week last week, partly due to mold (and the fact that I went off of my Singulair, which I'm now back on). George kept me to 4 reps, which I was fine with. I definitely had one or two more in me (finally felt awake by the last one), but makes sense to ease up a bit this week anyway. Worked at staying relaxed, but was probably still a bit tense. Did 4x1200 at 4:48, 4:41, 4:33, 4:33

Followed with squats at gym (2x8 at 115, 125), good mornings (2x20 at 40), and single leg press (2x5 at 120)
