Temp 76, DP 70 at start, temp 80, DP 71 at finish of workout Wind of 5 mph from SW.
Did a combined workout of 3x10 seconds up Stafford, then 2K, 1K, 6x1:00 Stafford hills (two cycles of easy, moderate, hard), and one final 1K repeat. Splits were 9:04 for the 2K, and 4:23 for the 1K with 3 minutes jog, and then 4:25 for the second K.
Breakfast was rice, sunflower seed butter, leucine powder, berry and smores GUs - sat well.
Breathing was Advair 250/50, Qvar, and 2 puffs of rescue. Felt out of breath, but I think it was a failure to handle the heat.
