Temp 64, dp 63. Ran from home to Georgetown via P and Wisc, where I met Jessica M. Then down MV trail to 14th Street Bridge, and up 14th to Independence to Lincoln, before taking Rock Creek back to Waterfront.
Did some more drills and strides, then ran back down water front to Rock Creek and to home.
Felt a bit sluggish, but likely due to weather.
