Starting temp 71, DP 67; ending temp 76, DP 70. Wind of 12 MPH from south; pollen of 4.7.
From home, took Custis to W&OD to Van Buren. Then took Noland to Rt 7 all the way to the W&OD, which I took back to the alternative Custis, Jefferson, and then Wilson all the way to Pollard.
Drills and two strides after in the parking lot of Golds Ballston.
Wore longsleeve and tights for heat acclimation. Felt very comfortable.
