Dew point of 66. Bad conditions, but workout still a bit better than last week. I do need to work on my upper body relaxation, though.
Did hill reps up Iwo Jima. - go hard for the up (.31), then easy jog, 150m stride, and another easy jog. Averaged 7:22 pace for the full circuit.
Worked with Sharon, Bridget, Amanda, Lauren, Karina, Emily M. -- Did 2 puff of inhaler before warm-up.
