Temp 34, DP 32, wind of 5 MPH from east.
Did 3200, 1600 in 12:44 (6:25/6:19) and 6:06 (split 93/93/91/89 according to George's splits). Tucked between David K. and Barret for the 3200, and then soloed the 1600. Felt decent - legs still a bit tired, but not bad.
Did four hill sprints near Golds after.
Breakfast was rice, hemp powder, and smores and salted watermelon GUs - sat well.
Breathing was Advair 250/50, Qvar, 1 puff of rescue in early morning and a second before the workout. Breathing was great.
Wore thin tights, thick longsleeve and was perfectly dressed for workout. Wore Northface blue jacker on top during warm-up.
